Please make note on the following instructions that students should be aware of and follow during the Round 1-Online Exam. Any student who is found not following this instruction at any stage of the recruitment process, will be rejected by our recruitment team.
· Student Eligibility: Only students mentioned in the Shortlisted excel document attached are eligible to undergo Verticurl’s On-Campus recruitment process.
· Students are expected to be at campus or at lab 30 (thirty) minutes before the Online exams for ID Verification.
· Students are requested to carry their College Identity Cards for Online-Exam, Group Discussions and Personal Interview.
· Students are strictly not allowed to carry any Electronic gadgets including Mobile Phones and Bags inside the Online Exam venue. We expect the college to be responsible for collecting it from the students, where applicable before the Online-exam
· Students should not have any arrears in their previous semesters, while appearing for our campus Recruitment.
· Eligible candidates will only be able to take up the on-line test after verifying their Proof of Identity by Verticurl Staff and overall CGPA scores as mentioned in our earlier communication.
· Students should provide only accurate information while filling in the application form for both online and during Personal Interview, otherwise their candidature may get rejected at any point of the selection process
· Only shortlisted candidates from Round1- Online Exam will be eligible to attend Group Discussion and the short listed candidates from Group Discussion will be eligible to attend the personal interview.
· Students are expected to be dressed in their professional capacity suitable to an environment of higher education.
· College should ensure no interruption to the exams due to Internet fluctuation or any other means. Verticurl will not entertain re-exams on any such interruption.
· Student original Mark sheets are only needed at the time of Group discussion and Interview. So, students need not carry them during Round 1-Online Exam.
· Students will not be eligible to take part in the recruitment process, if any unusual or abnormal behaviour noticed during examination by our Verticurl Staff.

Kindly note on the following hard ware/System requirements for the online exam on 06th Jan 2017,
o Minimum Hardware: CPU 900Mhz / Memory – 256 mbps.
o Connectivity: Uninterrupted internet facility for all computers is mandatory recommended 128kbps up-link and down-link for optimal performance.
o OS: Exam site is OS independent.
o Browsers: Latest version of (FireFox /Google Chrome)
o Browser plug-ins: Make sure ActiveX (For IE on Windows) and Java plug-ins are installed in the system and activated for respective browsers.
o Pop-up: Also make sure to enable pop-up in respective browsers. Disable any pop-up blockers.
Next Round:
The students who are shortlisted from the online test – Round 1 will be called for next Round 2 – Group Discussion at verticurl Campus.
The students will be selected for Round 3 – Personal Interview from Round 2 and will be informed on the same day.
Both the rounds will be held at our Coimbatore office on 21st January 2017 (Saturday) for MAS and 22nd January 2017 (Sunday) for CSE at the following address

Reporting & Admission Procedure for Round 2 and Round 3:
Ø All candidates to report at Verticurl Office before by 9:15 AM on 21st January 2017 (Saturday) for MAS and 22nd January 2017 (Sunday) for CSE. Late comers will not be allowed to attend the interview process.
Ø All candidates should carry their college Id card without fail, updated CV with photos, a pen and scribbling pad.
Ø Candidates without id card will not be allowed to attend the interview process.
