As discussed please forward the details to nearby colleges and we could plan the pool campus according to the number of students clearing the aptitude test.

As part of our recruitment initiatives we are in the process of recruiting potential candidates as TRAINEE MANAGERS/TRAINEE FLOOR MANAGER and GUEST EXPERIENCE LEADERS.

We follow a systematic selection process in order to tap & acquire the right talent:

Step 0 – Online Aptitude Test

  1. List of interested candidates need to be sent before we come to the campus
  2. A link will be sent to the interested candidates to be completed before the deadline.

Step 1 – Selection Process on Campus

  1. Company Presentation for all candidates
  2. Candidates who were short listed from the Aptitude test will go through a personal interview

Step 2 – Selection Process post on Campus

  1. On the Job Evaluation (OJE)*: 1 day at any McDonald’s outlet
  2. Final Interview: 01 Day.

* The OJE Process:

  • The OJE is a 1-day process wherein the short listed candidate will be assigned to a particular McDonald’s outlet.  Allotment of the outlets will preferably be in a nearby region / area.
  • On this day the candidate would be required to work at the outlet to get a better understanding of his job responsibilities and the McDonald’s work culture and eventually enable the organization to evaluate him/her.
  • The Final Interview will be on the 2ndDay after which the candidate will be intimated whether selected or not.
  • The short listed candidates would be required to attend the OJE process at the respective McDonald’s outlet at their own expense.
