Job Description:

·         Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

·         Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.

·         Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

·         Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Desired Profile:-

Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client/company. We are looking for candidates who have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer’s problem.

·         Role designation: Customer Relationship officer   

·         Skills required:

             .        Essential Skills: Good Communication in English (Verbal & Non-verbal)

         ·         Desired Skills: Typing 18 WPM with 75% accuracy, Computer knowledge: Basic, Should have basic Understanding about the Industry

         ·         Education qualification: All Engineering Students

        ·         Responsibilities: Resolving the issues over e-mails

·         CTC: 1,73,000

·         Working Venue Details: HGS Chambers Behind RNS Motors, GB Palya Hosure road Bangalore-560068

·         Shifts: Rotational for Male & predominantly day shifts for Female.

Job Role: Customer Support

Role designation: Customer support officer/ Technical support officer.

Skills required:

Essential Skills: Good Communication in English/Kannada/Tamil & Telugu /Hindi

Desired Skills: Computer knowledge: Basic, Should have basic Understanding about the Industry

Responsibilities: Assisting our client  end customers over phone.
