Salary Package : 1.8 – 2.25 Lacs Per Annum ( with PF,ESI benefits )

Roles & Responsibilities:

In short – Responsible for full cycle of Recruitment Sourcing, Screening,  Short listing. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like job portals, databases, and referrals. Briefing the candidates about the job profile, package, organization etc.

  1. Candidates should have keen in volume hiring, bulk hiring and Mass hiring for Non IT requirements ( Blue Collars & Semi White Collars )
  2. Candidate should be willing to do Field Sourcing & Field Activities.
  3. Someone who is keen to support in a high volume environment throughout the recruiting process for assigned business units.
  4. 3. Coordinates candidate pre-employment checks and serves as the primary contact to ensure timely and proper facilitation of candidate status.
  5. Ensures all aspects of the new hire process are timely, accurate and lead to a positive experience for all involved.
  6. Responds to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency, and directs/escalates to the proper source for information
    and follows up as appropriate.
  7. Good knowledge in using various search portals.
  8. Decent Communication is must..

Interview  Process : 1) Group Discussion 2)  Face to Face Interview.
