ELIGIBILITY : Engineering and Arts & Science students.(Upto 1 arrear eligible)
SALARY : 2.4 Lakhs per annum
Job Duties
- Analyze & understand the Job Requirements received from the clients
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, head hunting & forums
- Interview them over phone to ascertain the required skills, reliability, personality & suitability
- Negotiate the terms
- Comply with policies & procedures & maintain effective & timely communication
- Update knowledge on various technologies & HR Management techniques
- Maintain & update records & submit periodical reports
- Coordinate with the candidates, subcontractor, if any, & other executives of the company & the clients in all stages of recruitment.
Work Schedule
- Night Shift [US timings]
- Shifts: 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM
- US holidays
Internship
- 3 months with no pay
- Free Dinner. snacks and beverages
- Upon successful completion and induction, a bonus of Rs. 50,000 will be paid
Starting Pay & Benefits (Upon successful completion of Internship)
- Salary: Rs. 20,000/Month (CTC: Rs 23,000/Month)
- Net Salary (Deposited @ Bank): Rs.18,000/Month
