Capgemini  is looking for B.Sc (All Branches), BCA, BA, BBA, B.Com candidates available at Erode and nearby location for Level 3/A3– Associate from 2017 and 2018 batch. BE / BTech and post graduate students cannot participate in the drive. Please note this is service desk requirement for our international clients and this is not a BPO job.

 

Drive Location : Nandha Engineering College, Erode

Event Date: 20th and 21st June 2018 (2 days event)

Eligibility criteria for the students to participate in the Campus Recruitment Process is:

  • Student should complete his/her Graduation in the year 2017 & 2018
  • Should have scored 55% or above in academics SSC , HSC and graduation (aggregate of 5th  semesters in graduation)
  • Only 1 year gap is allowed post HSC (12th) and not after SSC (10th) or between graduation year
  • Must have good English written / verbal communication skills
  • No Active ATKT/Backlog till 5th semester or during Capgemini selection process
  • Students from BSC (All Branches), BCA, BBA, BA, B.Com are only eligible in the event (No BE/ B tech and Post graduate students)

Note for Students:

  • Job Location “Bangalore”
  • Must be ready to sign a service agreement for 2 years

Job Profile:

  •          Provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to customer queries over the Voice Based Phone Service
  •          Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical
  •          Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
  •          Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
  •          Clarify customer requirements
  •          probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
  •          Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
  •          Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy

Desired Skills:

  •          Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
  •          Basic computing skills
