ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
A) Consistent 70% score in 10th, 12th, UG & PG for 2017 & 2018 batches.
B) Consistent 70% score in 10th, 12th & UG; 60% in PG for 2019 batch.
C) Candidates interested in pursuing full-time higher education sooner or later are not eligible.
D) Candidates who are not willing to relocate to Chennai for a job / internship are not eligible.
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS:
A) Work Location: WABCO Technology Center, One Paramount, 3rd Floor, 110 Mount Poonamallee Road, Porur, Chennai – 600116, India.
B) Compensation for 2017 & 2018 Batches: CTC of 4.50 to 5.25 Lakhs p.a. + Sodexo Meal Card for Rs.26,400 p.a. + Hospitalization Insurance + Medical Benefits + Personal Accident Coverage.
C) Stipend for 2019 Batch: Rs. 10,000 to Rs.15,000 p.m. + Sodexo Meal Card for Rs.2,200 p.m.

A) Online Assessment (120 Mins): Questions on Embedded C & Systems, Linux, Python, Computer Vision, System Testing & Simulation and Personality Assessment
B) Group Discussion (20 Mins): Evaluation parameters include Body Language, Leadership, Language Skills, Communication Skills & Content.
C) Technical Interview (20 Mins): Questions on technical/Functional Competencies, Education Background, Work History (If Any), Family & Financial Background, Academic Projects, Favorite Subjects, Future Plans & Job Suitability
D) HR Interview (15 Mins): Questions on WABCO Culture Compatibility, Longevity, Job Suitability, Hobbies & Past-times, Leadership Roles & Other Areas.
