– Permanent Address Proof
– Bonafide certificate issued from the college mentioning the present address (Individual Bonafide cert. should be issued in the name of each candidate)
– PAN Card (Incase of absence of the same, the students are required to apply for it and provide the acknowledgment letter)
– Educational certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation & MBA / PG marksheets)
