The Major Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labour laws
- Obtaining/generating and maintaining the requisite statutory records relating to attendance,overtime and earnings of all workmen at the site.
- Reviewing resumes and applications.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
- Training new or existing employees.
- Preparation of salary statement.
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave
encashment and full and final settlements
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
- Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with
the management team for sourcing.
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Checking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record in relevant software
for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts.
- Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation, etc.

- Position: Communicative English Trainer
The Major Responsibilities Include:
- To facilitate the learning process of the Students by delivering the course curriculum designed by Bright Star Institution.
- Involving in developing/updating Communicative English Syllabus of Bright Star in line with the Curriculum.
- To assess the progress of the Students, map the areas of improvement and share the feedback with the Students and the Management as per the defined process.
- To provide training in communicative English and groom the students to prepare them for activities and events.
- Maintaining discipline in the classroom as well in the school environment.
- Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere and Evaluating a students’ assignments and English speaking Skills.
- To work in a team and extend cooperation to create conducive & cohesive environment so as to achieve common goals & objectives.
- In addition to the above, to discharge any special / other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management.
