MBA Eligibility: 1. Should be excellent in English Communication Skills Interview Hurdles: (All the process will be covered on the same day)

Terms and Conditions:
1. At the time of Joining the candidate should have completed MBA Course
2. Training will be for 6 months
3. After completing their training, their skills will be examined; those who clear the training can be given an opening at NDOT.
4. Contract: Min 2.5 years of bond from the day he/she joins NDOT (after completing his / her graduation) If they breach contract they have to pay INR 50,000 Training Expense + 2 months last drawn fixed gross, as their damage caused.
5. Remuneration: During Training Period: 8000 pm (6 Months Training before Completing their MBA)
After Training: 3,00,000 CTC + Incentive From this point every year increment based on their performance
