Position: Software Developer & Quality Analyst(Software Testing)
Eligibility Criteria: We do not have any criteria, students from any stream/department(UG/PG) even with backlogs can appear for the test. Passion towards programming is our only criteria.
Packages Offered:
- 6.5L Offer – Candidates who come out with flying colors in the total process will get 6.5 LPA (those who clear all levels of tests and interviews).
- 4.6L Offer – Those come close but slip in the final touch, by a whisker, will get 4.6 LPA.
Interview Process in detail:
Day – 1 – 22nd March 2017 (Wednesday) – 9 am
*Level 1 – Written test for 2 hours, test will be based on General Aptitude & Programming. We would start the test at 9 am.
The shortlisted students will appear for a Second Level Programming test on the machine(system) on the same day(Post-lunch).
Day – 1 – 22nd March 2017 (Wednesday) – 2 pm
*Level 2 – Programming test on the Machine(system), we’ll start the programming test at 2 pm and it will go till the evening.
The shortlisted students from the Second Level will appear for a Third Level Programming test on the machine(system) on the following day – 23rd March 2017.
Day – 2 – 23rd March 2017 (Thursday) – 9 am
*Level 3 – Programming test on the machine(system), we’ll start the programming test @ 9 am and it will go till the afternoon.
The shortlisted students from the Third Level will appear for Technical/Personal(HR) interviews on the same day(Post-lunch).
They have a varied process for Quality Analyst, concentrating more on Aptitude than Programming. We’ll decide that based on the student’s performance in the First Level screening.
