Day 1:

•  1:00 PM – Company Presentation
•   2:00 PM – Written Aptitude/Technical Test
•  Announcement of shortlisted candidates by evening

Day 2:

9:00 AM till finish – Technical Discussions followed by HR Interviews

Roll out Letter Of Intent to Hire for shortlisted candidates

Requirement:

• BE//B.Tech        Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum Eligibility of 6 CGPA without any backlogs

Pay category:

• Shortlisted candidates will be designated as “Trainee” and will be paid a Fixed salary of Rs.10,000/- per month for initial 6 months.
• At the end of 6 months, their performance would be evaluated and if found satisfactory, they will be paid a Fixed salary of Rs.15,000/- per month for next 6 months.
•   At the end of 12 months, their performance would again be evaluated and if found satisfactory they will be offered a permanent employment with us with a revised pay structure ranging from Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month .
