JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work involves interaction with professionals in USA.
- Analyze the Job requirement of our Direct Clients like Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, Pfizer, Boeing, etc.
- Search, screen and short-list candidates based on various aspects from Job portals (Monster, Dice, and Career Builder) and through Social networking & relevant community sites.
- Conduct initial round of interviews with candidates and forwarding them to the Account Manager in US Office.
- Post jobs in various sites, updating requirement list, preparing daily tracker
Candidate Specification:
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
- Knowledge of IT / Clinical terminologies would be an added advantage
- Ready to work in Evening shift (5:00 pm – 2:00 am), Monday – Friday.
- Mandatory: Should be willing to give us a working commitment for minimum 2 years.
Benefits in NewAgeSys Solutions (P) Ltd:
- Remuneration Offered R25,000 + Incentives (from the time of Training Period). After the Training Period (Permanent) the Annual CTC will be R3,42,012/-* (*Can be higher based on performance) Our current recruiters make up to R50,000 Incentives per Month
- Training Period is for a minimum period of 4 months.
- Every 6 months Performance Evaluation will be conducted and on the basis of your performance there will be a Salary hike.
- Based on exceptional work performance, every year there will be a “Job Title Upgrade”.
- 5 Working Days a Week with Weekends as Fixed Off.
