JOB PROFILE:
- Executing Branch strategies which will help ESAF to meet its growth,
- Profitability & social objectives, and to drive the business volume with Credit & Non-Credit products with high quality portfolio,
- ABM’s primary responsibilities include,member engagement, supervision, loan verification & disbursement,
- monitoring, collection and conducting member training programmes,
- Review Performance of Credit Officers on regular intervals and provide guidance for performance excellence
- Promote a strong learning culture through prescribed capability building framework to facilitate performance excellence.
- Mentor, train and coach your team members to help them develop functional and behavioural capabilities required to achieve their performance objectives.
- Generate member specific financial, loan utilization and risk reports for effective monitoring Produce beneficiary case studies as appropriate to provide suitable illustrations for striving members.
