We are in the process of recruiting the final year MBA/MIB Graduates for our Offshore Software Development Centre.
We also will co-ordinate to do their academic project(if any) and provide parallel training for 30 days. Once they complete their training , based on their performance we give an opportunity to join CG-VAK. They will be working on challenging projects for clients from US, Canada, Australia, UK etc
To proceed with our recruitment process we kindly request you to send us the details of the candidates in the same format as given in the attached excel sheet.
Once we receive the profile we will screen them based on our requirement and will revert back to you with the list of short listed candidates. They will be required to take up a Group Discussion and on clearing the Group discussion there will be a HR interview and then followed by an Marketing Panel interview.
Once they are through with all the above said process , they will be offered to join CG-VAK
Criteria:
· Kindly send the students with 60% and above percentage of marks in 10th, 12th, UG and PG with excellent (neutral accent) communication skills and with MBA (marketing) or MIB and a passion for International Sales
· They should have some basic background or knowledge in Software terminology (coding knowledge not required)
· Should possess good listening skills and have a flair for talking and convincing people and excellent negotiating abilities
· They can have one history of arrears with no standing arrears in their PG.
· The shortlisted students will have to join by March/April 2019.
Role: Overseas Business Development Trainee (International Marketing, Offshore Marketing)
After completion of training for around 30 days, they will be assessed and designated as Overseas Business Development Executives.
Salary Details: Around 4 LPA.
