AIRWORKS ENGINEERING INDIA PVT LTD is going to recruit passed out AME graduates for the AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER position.
JOB TITLE : AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
REPORTS TO : SHIFT-IN-CHARGE / SR. AME
SCOPE OF WORK :
An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) is responsible for ensuring an aircraft operates properly and safely. An AME may make repairs, troubleshoot problems, conduct inspections and make upgrades to aircrafts. Daily duties may include keeping records of and performing scheduled maintenance, making emergency repairs, as per customer/company/regulatory requirements and sign off and certify the aircraft being inspected as ‘Airworthy.’ This position is open for multiple locations across India.
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
To meet Aircraft Crew on arrival and establish good communication to perform effective rectification/maintenance work
To perform inspections and checks on aircraft as per customer/company/regulatory requirements
To achieve maximum customer satisfaction in meeting their requirements
To interact with other departments (customer/company) as required to discharge the functions
To follow stipulated procedures (by customer/company) for the maintenance documentation work
To give proper feedback to all concerned (internal/external) for any delays, major defect/rectifications, incidents, etc.
To update system (customer/company) as and when required To co-ordinate with Maintenance Control Centre (customer/company) as per requirement
To use only approved Parts/Materials/Tools/ Equipment with proper documentation during maintenance activities
To use calibrated Tools/Equipment and valid technical (Maintenance) data during maintenance
To use proper Shift Log/Shift Hand-Over To send the completed documents (to customer/company) for archives
To update the system for the consumed materials To do “Read & Sign” of applicable Technical Publication as per Quality requirement
To handle office equipment/company assets in an efficient manner without any misuse
To maintain dignity and decorum at work premises (Apron & Office) to represent the company in a positive way
To assist in imparting guidance/training to Apprentices/Juniors
To participate in all the training programs as desired by the company
To ensure not to use unauthorized items (psycho-active substances, etc.) during the maintenance activities
To follow company Rules/Procedures/Policies wherever applicable
To Support Station-In-Charge for any outstation works as leave/training replacement
Ensure both their own and the safety of other personnel in the vicinity of the working environment
Notify hazards and safety-related events and report any relevant information to the Safety Manager
To discharge any other job related as assigned by Station-In-Charge
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :–
AME License
Type rated with currency is a must
EXPERIENCE :-
At least 3 years and above certifying experience
