• Venue : KGiSL Institute of Technology – Placement Auditorium (2nd Floor Admin. Block)
• Reporting Time : 7.45 – 8.15 AM (Please make your students to reach the campus exactly by this time)
  (Respective College ID Cards are Mandatory to enter inside the KGiSL Campus)
• Registrations : 8.15 – 8.30 AM. (Since the whole process will get complete by One day the process will start by exactly 8.45 AM)

• Pre-Placement Talk – 8.45 to 9.45 AM – Placement Auditorium  – KiTE Admin Block II Floor
  
  • Online Test – 10.00 to 11.15 AM & Results announcement 12.15 PM – KiTE Computer Labs in Academic Block Floors
  • Lunch Time – 12.15 to 12.45 PM
  • Techno-Managerial Round – 12.45 to 5.30 PM – Placement Floor  – KiTE Admin Block II Floor
  • HR Round – 3.30 to 6.30 PM – Placement Floor  – KiTE Admin Block II Floor
  • Closure Meeting – 6.30 PM – Placement Floor  – KiTE Admin Block II Floor
• Please instruct the students to bring their Updates Resumes, Photocopies of all Certificates, Photos
• Please see the following instructions given by the Valtech Team and share this to the students :
  Students should not carry anything inside the lab except a blue pen/pencil
  Scientific calculator  will be there once they open online test tool
  Students must wear their college ID cards
  Students entering lab late, WILL NOT get extra time
  Disqualify for any unprofessional conduct
