To operationally manage Non Voice Contact Centre operations across segments for Mobile and Fixed-line services.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

  1. Respond to Query\/Complaint\/Request from customers including follow-up and close looping (Voice and Email). Support includes (applicable to all processes\/queues):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L1 Support: Basic mails using Standard Templates<\/p>\n

    –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L2 Support: Escalations and Non-Standardized responses<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Internal mails from executives on behalf of customer.<\/li>\n
    2. Resolving logs received at Customer Service related to Written Correspondence.<\/li>\n
    3. Coordination with resolution owners & sending final confirmation\/acknowledgement to customers for forwarded logs (complaint\/ request).<\/li>\n
    4. Retention Activity \u2013 Online retention to be maintained by retaining customers who insist to cancel line by sending an email.<\/li>\n
    5. Call back customers for identified cases if required to ensure complete customer satisfaction before closure of case.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Key operational deliverables will constitute:<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide higher first transaction resolution for all queries requests and complaints received<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum repeat mails from customers<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Faster reply to customer mails with minimum turnaround time<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Retain customers from voluntarily cancel requests<\/p>\n

      Minimum Skill Requirements for CSA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Education Qualification<\/td>\nGraduate with 15 years of formal English Medium education<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Experience^<\/td>\nPreferably experienced>6 months<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Knowledge: Pre-requisite<\/td>\n <\/p>\n

      Candidate to be proficient in business writing skills<\/p>\n

      Typing Speed -25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Versant Written test score should be 54 and above.<\/p>\n
