  3. Ensure content is technically correct and is usable by technicians\/end users.<\/li>\n
  4. Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation<\/li>\n
  5. Write DIY (Do-It-Yourself) procedures and suggest solutions to the technical queries<\/li>\n
  6. Work diligently so as to complete assignments within due time frame<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
