NCPC Guidelines
Membership
The Students of Nehru Group of Institution are eligible to join NCPC. The students of II & III Yr. UG & I & II Yr. PG from NASC, III & IV Yr from Engineering Colleges, I & II Yr. from B Schools & IT and Final Yrs. from NIET & JIT are given preference to join NCPC.
The students have to appear for an eligibility test of one hour duration to join NCPC. Selection will be made on merit basis. More than Sixty hours Professional training will be given to all the candidates joined in NCPC. They will be made confident to face any challenge in the way of their career. 100 % placement is assured for the members of NCPC.
Registration and Basic Training is free for all. Basic Training includes Personality Development and Communication Skill Development Programmes for 30 to 40 Hrs.
Registered members are eligible for

- 4. Cost of Placement Brochure
- 5. Postage Expenses
- 6. Hospitality and conveyance of the companies visiting the college
Advanced Training for 30 to 50 Hrs. This includes

- Aptitude Test
- Interview Techniques
- Presentation Skill
- Group Discussion
- Planning and Execution
- Executive Skill Development
- Corporate Training on specific domains.
Rules & Regulations
After the selection process the selected candidates shall submit a detailed Resume along with 03 Colour Passport size photographs (one should be affixed in the resume) as per the format issued by NCPC.
All students are expected to have adequate number of Xerox copies of their certificates and shall produce the same as and when needed by NCPC. Students attending the interview should compulsorily follow the dress code specified by the Management or by the Placement Chamber.
Students shall in writing express his/her interest in participating the interview be organized through NCPC to the Placement Director within the time frame soon after the list of visiting companies are displayed in the Web site, the notice board of the College or at NCPC office.
A separate bank account to be opened in the name of NCPC and it shall be operated by the NCPC office as and when required. The account should be a joint account in the name of Director NCPC and Secretary of Nehru Group of Institutions.
